Doesn’t matter if you are a Yogi, a Football player, or a computer nerd, Balance is important in every single thing you do, from the way you breath, to the way you eat, to the way you live. Every part in your life has balance and sometimes its fun to sit down and try to figure out what that balance is with each thing, and decide if there is a way to personally improve that balance, therefore improving your own personal balance.
