I really love the second quote by Marc Woolford. This is so true. Being a good person is most important compared to what were worried about in the future or the past.

These are wonderful words Mrs. phillips. Its like a motivation for living. To not give up, to endure what is to come our way so that we find out “what lies with in us”. We dont truly know who we are until we have done it.

There’s a lot truth to these statements. It’s difficult not to allow ourselves to dwell on the past, or worry about what is coming. In doing either of these things we forget about the present and what is happening to us now. It is an easy pattern to fall into. By forgetting to focus on the present, creates more regret when we miss the moment and look backwards.

Most people try to describe their selves by the things they have been through in the past or the things they want to be in the future. but honestly you are who you are because you were born that way. Growing up you dealt with problems different than others and they wont change in the future because you are who you are without effect of your situation.

what we hold in us is what makes us, we have been through many obstacles to become the person we are today. Manu people think that we start out the person who we are but I believe that we are always changing as people everyday by the things that effect us on our day to day bases.
