Returns
We take pride in the products we offer and in the service we provide. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. You may return unused items for exchange, refund or credit within 30 days of service. Returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in good condition with original packaging and tags attached. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or postage return. Please ship via insured mail, UPS, FedEx or any other traceable method.
Note: all returned merchandise must be carefully packaged and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition. Please email Bottoms Up Yoga for shipping information and instructions. The following must be included with your return: (1) Copy of your invoice, (2) Product, in good condition.
